The AI Center of Excellence

The AI CoE is the team chartered to make those two engines real — not by building AI in a corner, but by embedding Forward Deployed AI Solution Leads inside the functions where the work happens. Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, HR, IT — each gets an AI Solution Lead who partners with process owners to ship governed, production-grade AI solutions.

We do four things:

Build Production agentic solutions with your function — not prototypes that die on a laptop
Enable Office hours, training cohorts, intake, this hub — so AI fluency spreads beyond the CoE
Govern Patterns, templates, secure-by-default agents, and partnership with the AI Governance Committee
Prioritize A continuous, evidence-based backlog driven by SuperIntelligent sweeps + the intake form

Multiply within your function

1-2 associates per function — adoption multipliers, first-line support, use-case discovery. Paired with your function's AI Solution Lead.

Build with you

Forward Deployed AI Solution Leads embedded with your function — scoping, building, shipping, and supporting production agentic solutions.

Sets the AI agenda for Scotts and partners with the business on what gets built, when, and how it's governed. Owns the program end-to-end — from FY26 stand-up to FY27 enterprise scale, governance posture, and Board-level reporting.

Hardens what works. Owns Bloom, the SMG Agent Fleet platform — production agents, CI/CD, reliability, observability, security, and the productionization path from Cowork prototype to governed cloud agent.
